Propli operates as a professional MLS cooperation platform designed to facilitate collaboration between real estate professionals. Listings displayed on the platform originate from participating agencies, authorised data feeds, developer agreements, and commercially available property marketing information.
Propli does not claim ownership of any listings and acts solely as a technology platform facilitating professional cooperation.
If any listing agency wishes to request modification or removal of their listing data, Propli will process such requests promptly.
To access our website and MLS services, you may be required to provide personal information as part of the registration process. You agree that all information provided will be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

When listing properties, you may choose between different sharing settings:
If any required information is missing, it must be submitted promptly; otherwise, the listing may be removed from Propli. Listings remain shared during the review period but are subject to removal if missing details are not provided.
By uploading or sharing listings on Propli, participating agencies confirm they have the right to market and distribute the property information provided. Each agency remains responsible for the accuracy and authorisation of their listings.
Propli agents can harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to automate tasks and enhance listings through features like AI-generated property descriptions and intelligent property-client matching. These AI tools are designed to make real estate processes more efficient for property professionals.
Propli subscriptions are billed monthly via credit card. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you opt to upgrade or cancel at the next due date. To cancel, please notify us at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period. Refunds are not issued for partial-month cancellations.
Your data privacy is of utmost importance. Propli adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the latest data protection standards.
