To upload a development on Propli, please follow these steps:
- On the home screen/dashboard, locate the main purple menu on the left-hand side.
- Click on “PROPERTIES”.
- Under the sub-heading “My properties”, choose “Add property” from the pink box below your account ID.
- This will take you to a page with 6 sections: Details, Pricing & commission, Features, Media, Documents, and Contacts.
- Once all information is added, click on “SUBMIT” to make the property live on Propli.
The system will auto-generate a reference number for each development listing and highlight its name.
To add a CSV with development details, you have the option to upload a CSV file containing 17 columns or download a sample CSV to fill in the details of all available units at your development.
Complete as many details as possible in the CSV and remember to save this, once completed.
To edit a development on Propli, please follow these steps:
- On the home screen/dashboard, locate the main purple menu on the left-hand side.
- Click on “PROPERTIES”.
- Under the sub-heading “My properties”, select the development you want to edit by clicking on the property which you can easily identify by its Propli reference or development name.
- Find the page you wish to edit and make the necessary changes.
- Save your changes by clicking on “Save” at the bottom of the page.
Propli offer property developers the opportunity to share their developments on our online network for free. There is no charge for this service.
Propli actively encourages developers, promoters and master agents to share their developments with our agency professionals.
We will set up a paid subscription package for you for your resale properties.
If you are paying to have a B2B networking account on Propli, then you are enjoying all the benefits of sharing your resale properties with other agency professionals. To continue with this, you will need to retain your paid subscription package.
If you have your own property developments or can provide proof that you are the promoter or exclusive master agent, you can list your new developments free of cost.
